What we do

Helping people mentally flourish

We are dedicated to fostering mental wellness through a holistic approach that integrates faith, compassion, and research. Our work is driven by a commitment to equip individuals, families, and communities with the tools and support they need to thrive mentally and spiritually.

We Research

At the Center for Faith and Mental Health, we are committed to conducting pioneering research at the intersection of faith, society, and mental well-being. By drawing on the latest findings from psychology, theology, and sociology, we aim to deepen our understanding of how faith and mental health are connected. Our research drives the development of compassionate, faith-based tools and interventions, ensuring they are effective, relevant, and responsive to the needs of diverse communities.

We Equip

We are passionate about equipping individuals, families, and faith leaders with the tools they need to promote mental wellness. From faith-based self-help resources to community-focused workshops, all of our tools are rooted in interdisciplinary research and designed to empower people to take control of their mental health journey. We believe in turning knowledge into action by providing practical, accessible resources that make a real difference in people’s lives.

We Empower

At the heart of the Center for Faith and Mental Health is the belief that individuals and communities can take control of their mental well-being. We empower people to understand, manage, and improve their mental health through faith-based education, resources, and community support. By breaking down stigma and fostering resilience, we help individuals thrive mentally and spiritually in their daily lives.

Ongoing developments

As we continue to grow, the Center for Faith and Mental Health is committed to expanding our services to better serve individuals, families, and communities.
